On August 31, 2023, the group standard of "Quality Grading and "Leader" Evaluation Requirements for Printers" was formally released on the official website of the China Computer Industry Association and other information platforms, and on July 7, 2023, it was formally implemented.This standard by the Xiamen Aiyin Technology Co., Ltd, China Standardization Institute of Information and Environmental Branch, Beijing Zunguan Technology Co., Ltd, ZiGuang Co., Ltd, the Great Wall Information Co., Ltd. and other areas of the industry benchmarking organizations to jointly draft the development.

The formulation of the standard is consistent with national policies and regulations, in line with the Standards Law of the People's Republic of China and its Implementing Rules, GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardized Documents", and the relevant regulations and standards of T/CAS 700-2023, T/CSTE 0321 T/CAS 700-2023, T/CSTE 0321, T/CSTE 2023 "General Rules for the Preparation of Quality Classification and Evaluation Criteria for "Leaders"".
